Nutritional Counseling

Karen E. Coruthers attended Valparaiso University and graduated with a BS in Nutrition. Shortly after graduation she lived in Guatemala, Central America, to take part in a community nutrition research program. Upon returning to Chicago, Ms. Coruthers has been working as a bi-lingual nutritionist for over 10 years for various programs as well as teaches a nutrition class at Olive Harvey College. Karen is a member of the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and has provided workshops on nutrition and fitness for different organizations and community groups.
